Snowflakes on Procreate, Giveaway, and Festive Snacks!
Happy Saturday CD fam!
I'm super excited to share today's blog post! Festive vibes comin' at ya!
I thought I would start with a cute and merry charcuterie wreath! I recently made this for a little game night with Justin, my sister, her boyfriend, and our two other good friends! This idea came from my good friend, Lauren! She is SO creative and has the BEST hosting ideas! I saw her make one of these recently, and I knew I had to give it a shot!
Below, you will find the one I created. It honestly didn’t take too long to make, and it didn't last long either! LOL!
Here's the list of materials/ingredients I used:
- a round pizza stone for the base. Ours has stains all over it (clearly, haven't cleaned it correctly over the years), but I filled in the wreath with little bowls of various nuts to cover them up a bit.
- toothpicks
- grape tomatoes
- pepperonis
- rosemary (to give it that Christmas wreath look! and it smells SO good!)
Also, I used the CD Holiday Lightroom Presets on these photos to give them a little merry and brightness look! :)

You have been my inspiration to use Procreate and start doodling. I bought a new iPad for Christmas so I’d have the ability to use the Procreate app. I’d love to have all things Procreate to show my love of drawing and make coloring pages for my students. I also want to be able to create fun wallpapers.

If I won this giveaway I would give it to my talented sister. @krissylettner She is truly an amazing artist and I just got her an iPad and an Apple Pencil for her birthday to start working towards her passion! She has been making me digital clip art for remote teaching and I would love to repay her in a way that is going to enhance her skills. I know that these classes, patterns, brushes, stamps, and colors will be the best way to say thank you!
