Welcome to CD!

Welcome to the NEW CD site...and blog! I thought I'd kick it off with a doodle verse and some words I shared via IG this morning:

I get asked frequently, “How did you get started?” When I say this path is a God thing, I swear to you it is. I didn’t plan this. It gives me chills and tears just thinking about it. Is it a risk? Oh yes. Is it hard? Yep. But, we can all do hard things. NEVER in my life did I think that I would be in the position I’m in right now, but I know that God put me here for a reason. If you get one thing out of this journey of CD, I hope it’s joy. The purpose behind my brand is to spread His love, grace, and joy. I pray He uses me through my artwork. Almost a year and a half ago, I started CD on Etsy and now... well, I’ve been blessed with the love of thousands of others that I call my CD fam, I have had the opportunity to work with a couple of my favorite brands like Target and 30A, and I know this is just the beginning. This leads me to my next most asked question: what are my goals with CD? Continue to spread His good through my artwork, inspire and love others, and who knows... maybe we can all find CD in a Target someday (a girl can dream, right?!). I’ve doodled this verse before actually, so I decided to bring in my new brand colors... This verse right here hits hard. Before I doodled anything for CD, this verse was my phone's lock screen a year and a half ago. It was a reminder that even at my lowest, He will carry me. I prayed for a breakthrough, for a clear vision, for answers to where He wants to use me next. Well, (I have chills and tears again as I type this) here it is. Today, Callie Danielle is official. At 11 AM CST, my site launches. Lots of familiar products will be there along with some new. Each month, I will be bringing you new items. New items that have come completely from the heart when creating. New items just for you. I love you, CD fam. Thank you for supporting me, but most importantly... believing in me. 💛

Also, before I end this first post, I thought I'd share the design that started it all: the Love for Teaching tee!

Below you'll find my very first along with my most recent IG posts featuring this tee. This shirt was the first one in my Etsy shop and remained the number one seller throughout my time on their site. This tee has a special place in my heart! I absolutely LOVE seeing how teachers from all over style this tee and spread the love of CD within their classrooms and beyond.
